We found this while we were going through our pictures. what a goof.

Sledding!

On Saturday we all decided to go play in the snow. We used Glen and Kathy's Rhino and pulled the kids, Brandy, and the dog in the sled. Here are some of the pictures we took.

Christmas Party!

Sorry everyone I know we haven't posted in forever but it's not our fault. Our internet has been down/ our neighbors went out of town and turned off their wireless router. And if thats not enough we all know things get pretty hectic around the hollidays.
This year we decided to do something a little different for Christmas. Instead of buying the Berlin kids gifts we decided to host a party for the kids and sent their parents off to dinner (with a gift card of course). We had such a blast. We had McDonalds for dinner. We played Twister, Kerplunk, Memory, Don't break the Ice, Hide and seek (Mckinlee decided jumping on the bed was more fun then hiding), A little bit of the wii, and some movies. We even had a sleepover with Chase, Colby, and suprisingly Cooper who usually is ready to go home by 10:00. We did end up getting them a little present though. We sent them home with gift bags filled with; A whoopie cushion, silly string, slinky, fake teeth, and a bottle of coke. I'm sure their parents loved that. They were so much fun and I hope we get a chance to do it again.

Twilight for date night!

After much anticipation and begging my husband, I was finally able to go and watch Twilight! Lucky for me I have a loving husband who came with me, despite how much he has hated me reading the books. I get so involved in them I completely disregard all my other responsibilities. All said and done I was very impressed with the movie. Sure it still wasn't as great as the book but it came as close as you can get. I even managed to get Mike to admit that he liked it!

BCS Bowl Bound

What a way to end the season. With a little bit of luck and a whole lot of talent. They have done it again. Thanks to the wonderful skill of Max Hall and killer defensive plays by the Utes. Saturday was a glorious victory.
GO UTES!!! (12-0)

Everything and Halloween

Sorry everyone I know it's been a while since we've done a "real" post. Not to mention that we haven't been that great at commenting lately! We're still working on that.

This week has been really great for us. Since there is only the two of us, our lives usually just consist of Flowers, Electricity, School, Church, and bed. But this week we've actually managed to have some fun. On Friday my sister dropped her little boy Mack off at our house for Four days. We had so much fun with him. He kept us laughing the whole time. He made friends with Cooper and McKinlee which meant that they came to visit us more. We taught him how to say " Go Broncos" and "Go Utes" which are his daddies least favorite teams. He also got us motivated to carve our pumpkins (well at least one for him and a start on ours). He didn't really like cleaning the pumpkin out because it was "yucky" so we ended up doing most of the work while he watched. Our house has been so quiet since he left, and a little lonely. Every time I see Cooper he always asks me "Do you miss Mack?" and then I say "yes" and he says "Me miss him too!"

Wednesday was also a fun and exciting day. We received our Disneyland packet in the mail with all of our information. I can't believe we are leaving in a week. We are SO excited! Brian and Brandy also threw a Halloween Party for the family. It was so much fun. We attempted to make a cool drink with a face and hands in it that was boiling over. It didn't turn out exactly how we wanted it but it worked. Everyone made the best dinner/goodies for the night. Mike bought a creepy mask and managed to make both Cooper and McKinlee cry (Way to go). And we bobbed for apples and carved pumpkins. We had a really great time! Thanks again Brian and Brandy!

A place we call home

Here are a few pictures of our townhouse. we have been living here since April and are loving it. it's 3 bedrooms 1 and a half baths, and of course a kitchen, dining room, family room, and some closet space.

Our Front door, along with the coveted copper bin.

Master bedroom, ceiling fan and can lights added courtesy of me. and some help from Jeff.

Master Bath. There is a basic toilet and a tub also, but we have all seen and used those on a daily basis so i didn't take pictures of those.

Bedroom #1. Bedroom #2 looks identical minus the white chest.

The family room.

The Kitchen and dining room

The back yard. The cute little girl should be a familiar face. She loves to come and play (or so we assume)
Disclaimer: the layout may look dumb but i did not learn till half way through that you can upload pics at different sizes whoops. guess you will have to click on them to get the full effect

Our new obsession

So after many months of looking and enjoying all the many entertaining blogs of people we know. we have finally decided to start our own !!! in order for this to be possible we have recently borrowed a laptop with hope that Stephen has forgotten about it when he gets home from his mission, and much thanks goes to my neighbor for letting me piggyback off his wireless connection. we are really not mooches or a poverty case, these things have merely presented themselves and we have chosen to partake.
For those of you who we have not kept in contact over the years we have now been married just a little over a year and a half. We live in our wonderful town home. that we have had now for about 6 months. so i am sure that pictures will be posted soon.
We dont have any children yet. we do have a fish and have seen some really cute kids on the internet we would like to buy. tell us what you think?
And for something exciting we are going to Disneyland in less than a month and are more excited than a fat kid with a happy meal.
